LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: PowerUp Casino'S aggregate liability for damages arising out of these Terms is limited to replacement of damaged items that were subject to the service provided, or reimbursement of reasonable fees paid for use during such period.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: These Terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between User and PowerUp Casino, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications.
AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS: PowerUp Casino reserves its right at any time to modify these terms without prior notice to Users who will be required to use them from that date forward.
